Hi, I have been travelling today from The Netherlands to Switzerland by car. I have only used Internet through my journey and I just received a notification that I have been charged 5 euros outside my bundle. I have unlimited Internet bundle. Any clue what I might have been charged for?. I checked the site for any charges in Switzerland and from what I found for Internet usage there should be no additional charge. Also my husband has traveled with me and he has the same bundle, used Internet and did not receive the same.

Hi ppylara.

Switzerland doesn't belong to zone EU. Your bundles cannot be used in Switzerland, all usage is outside the bundle.

My advise is use wifi and/or a local simcard.
Update. Still getting charged. I checked the Ben site from what I understand I should not have extra fees if I use Swisscom provider here yet I still do
