About my subscription fee transferred

Hi, I paid by transfering to BEN bank account and I find that my subscription fee for December is not paid (I already transferred on Feb 02). In case that my service could be terminated, I would like to know what is going on.

Hi! You currently have no outstanding amounts. All invoices have been paid. I advise you to log in again in your Ben app or Ik Ben page.
