Dear Ben community.
I am having a lot of problems with the network when I am abroad.
Internet is very slow (Edge/2G) and I keep losing connection to the network provider of the country I am in.
I was in Berlin earlier and this problem occurred. I tried the following.
- restart phone
-reset network settings
-manually set up the APN settings
-Contact Ben support.
-request a new sim card
After having done all of the above, I received and installed my new sim card.
I am currently in Brussels and the problem persists.
I tried putting the Sim card in another phone but the same problem was happening. So I doubt that my device is the problem.
