Hi, I want to cancel my contract but I haven’t had any responses to my emails to Ben and I can’t call the number because I am not in the Netherlands. Does anyone know what I should do? Thanks

Thanks for opening this topic. How unfortunate that you are yet to receive a response. The response time is set on 5 business days.

However if this period is exceeded please send me a private message  with your request, name, mobile number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number and I will personally relay the message to the cancellationdepartment.
