Slecht verbinding buitenland

Dear Ben community. 

I am having a lot of problems with the network when I am abroad.

Internet is very slow (Edge/2G) and I keep losing connection to the network provider of the country I am in.

I was in Berlin earlier and this problem occurred. I tried the following.

- restart phone

-reset network settings

-manually set up the APN settings

-Contact Ben support.

-request a new sim card

 

After having done all of the above, I received and installed my new sim card. 

I am currently in Brussels and the problem persists. 

I tried putting the Sim card in another phone but the same problem was happening. So I doubt that my device is the problem.

 

Any help?

How unfortunate to read you are experiencing these kind of problems. Which provider are you currently using during your stay in Brussels? 

Please send me your name, mobile number, date of birth, zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in a privatemessage so I can look into it further.
