Hi there, I’ll be permanently moving abroad in a couple of weeks and need to cancel my contract. I tried to cancel using the contact form at the end of June, but I haven’t received any response as of yet. Now that it’s July, I’m worried the contract will extend an additional month because it hasn’t been answered. I will need to close my local bank account after moving, so I want to avoid getting a bill in September if possible. Is there a way for my contract to be cancelled without the one month notice since I requested it last month?
