Hello,
I would like to terminate my current contract earlier than end date, that is November 2, 2021. The customer service help line told that they cannot do it, however I have seen couple of examples in this forum that it is doable. Can you please check if it is doable and what I need to do to proceed with it? I will switch to another operator as 5G is not available in Ben.

I’m sorry to hear you heard through our customer service that cancelling your contract earlier is not possible, because it is indeed! Through this community I cannot end the contract any more, but I would advise you to contact our cancellation department. They can be reached on the number 0800 ‐ 02 31 263.
