I’ve been using Ben’s sim for my phone for about 5 years now. And last month,I bought a SIM card for mifi as well. But the second SIM card is not working. I checked ‘My Ben’ but I couldn't find the reason. I think it may not have been activated in the first place, or maybe Ben has put restrictions on it so that it can’t be used yet due to some trouble. Could you check it for me?

Hi @yukak  Thanks for opening this topic. Sorry for the late response. It is not possible to use two different SIM cards for the same Ben phone number. I am not sure if this is what you mean? Thank you for your reply, Fatima. Unfortunately, your interpretation is wrong. I am not trying to use two different SIM cards for the same Ben's phone number. I want to use two different numbers. I bought a new sim with a different number and want to use it, but it is not working.

In "My Ben", I can find both the phone number I have been using for 6 years and the new number. However, when I click on the new number, "Overzicht" shows the following;

“Welkom bij Ben!
Wat leuk dat je nu klant bij mij bent, je abonnement gaat binnenkort in. Zodra je abonnement is gestart kan je gebruik maken van alle mogelijkheden in je Ik Ben omgeving en de Ben app. Vanaf dat moment heb je altijd inzicht in je gebruik, je abonnement, kan je je gegevens aanpassen, MB Extra aanschaffen en nog veel meer.”

I bought the new SIM card on July 19th. Today is August 12th, so 24 days ago. Isn’t that strange? When will the subscription start?
