Hi, I want my previous subscription back, my previous is 3500mb 10,68 euro but when I chose to change my sub yesterday I found I can only choose to change to 3000MB

I can't give you your last subscription back. You can change to the most recent bundles. Once a bundle is changed I can't cancel that for you.
