Hello, I need to cancel my both of my subscriptions as I am moving abroad this week. Strangely I can only see one of the subscriptions (ending in 96) on my account, but I am paying for a second subscription which ends in 99. i need to cancel both of these.

I will not need to hold the numbers.

I understand that you need to cancel both your subscriptions with Ben due to moving abroad.

Please send proof of Deregistration from the municipality to administratie@ben.nl

Provide the e-mail with both numbers, your name, address, date of birth, client number and that you do not need to keep the numbers.
