How can I cancel my subscription?

Hi, 

 

I would like to cancel my subscription with Ben as I no longer live in the Netherlands.

I submitted a request through the contact form a week ago but I still haven’t heard back from anyone.

Is there any other way I could cancel my subscription online?

You can surely cancel your subscription if you've moved abroad, there are a few options for that. Since you haven’t received a response via the contact form, I recommend calling my customer service directly. That’s the fastest way to get it sorted.
