I signed a sim card contract 14 months ago, I was told it would end after 12 months now for the last two months I have still been charged even though I was told I wouldn’t be. I have tried to cancel by following their steps and sending a contact form, I have sent in 2 and no replies and apparently it is the only way to cancel…. to anyone who is debating getting a sim card, Don’t. because they don’t make it easy at all to cancel. I no longer live in the country and haven’t used a single mb in two months yet am still paying and there’s nothing I can do. I would appreciate if someone on here can help me cancel.
