Good evening, Ben.nl! 
It's very embarrassing and inconvenient, but unfortunately I made a mistake when I placed the order. I thought that I would have to pay 10€ a month for an iPhone with a subscription. But after completing the order, I saw that I would have to pay almost 700€ IMMEDIATELY... Apparently due to carelessness, I didn't notice this. Please, could you help me cancel the order? I tried to contact via live chat, but the operators are no longer available today! It's been a little while since I placed the order. I apologize for my carelessness, I'll be more careful in the future! Thank you very much in advance for your help!!!
