My phone was stolen, I immediately blocked the SIM card. I ordered a new SIM card with the same number, when I insert sim card in my phone it only says emergency calls, I already turned it off and on again and still cant recognize it, I also turned off and on the network and still not able to make calls. I activate the new sim card in Ben app, still not able to connect it.  What can I do to activate the new SIM card?
