SIM card locked and pin code lost 🥲

Hello Ben, I have concern that my sim card was locked and I can't find any more the pin code. Now my Whatsapp was in trouble logging in because I'm using a new device and need to register again. My problem is that when I register again in WhatsApp it asked for the code to send to that locked number and can't receive the code. I'm using the same number in WhatsApp even I don't have it now. Can you help me activate it again? Or can I buy a new sim but I want to use the same number. Or help what should I do open my WhatsApp 😔 Thank you
