Hello everyone! I had to open this topic because I'm really stuck in a cycle that never ends. Since switching from SIM to eSIM, my PIN stopped working. After two unsuccessful attempts to use my usual PIN, I left the situation pending for a few days. About 5–6 days ago, I tried again to enter the PIN, but it still didn't work.
At that point, my only option was the PUK code, which would then allow me to change the PIN again. I had 10 attempts, and I tried my original PIN, the previous PIN, and new PIN possibilities, all rejected. It kept asking me for the PUK, and I received the message: "Your SIM cannot be accessed. Please call your network provider to obtain your PUK code."
I contacted support via form, but there were huge delays in responses. They confirmed that the PUK I had was correct, but sent me new QR codes to activate the eSIM. After several activation attempts, the eSIM was finally activated, perfect! I then tried to set a PIN on the card, and what happened? It got blocked again and asked for the PUK xD.
In conclusion, the PUK still doesn't work, and I cannot activate the card again.
What should I do now? Request a new QR and use the card without a PIN? Has anyone experienced a similar problem? (iPhone 15 Pro Max)
Thank you in advance.
