Sim card not working, "subscription not active"

canceled subscription and ordered new SIM card. does not work even after 2 weeks. 

personal page on the app displays subscription not active and nothing else.

got charged for an invoice when i havent used anything.

Hallo ​@LeoR,

If your subscription has already been cancelled, then the SIM card linked to that subscription will no longer work, the connection is deactivated. Even if you ordered a new SIM, it won’t function unless it’s linked to an active subscription.
To understand exactly what’s going on and why you were charged, I’ll need to look into your account. Please send me your customer details via private message so I can check this for you.

If your subscription has already been cancelled, then the SIM card linked to that subscription will no longer work, the connection is deactivated. Even if you ordered a new SIM, it won’t function unless it’s linked to an active subscription.
