Apologies for the late reply, I suppose your message slipped through the cracks! Hopefully you already received your answer?
If we can’t collect your invoice automatically via debit, then we’ll try again after 7 days and if that doesn’t work we’ll send an e-mail. In this mail the bank details are included and the steps to follow, to pay your invoice manually.
The invoice can be manually paid by transferring the payment to NL61 COBA 0733.9747.75 in name of Ben with the addition of your payment reference. This can be found at the top of your invoice.
